CANCELLATION POLICY

An order can be canceled by contacting our Customer Care team through the Contact Us page by selecting the “Cancellation” option in the ‘Message Subject’. Please enter the order number and any other necessary information related to the order in the provided space (Message) and send it to us. We will review your request promptly and get back to you.

We strive to accommodate your cancellation request whenever possible. However, once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.

Rathinamcorp.in will cancel orders under the following scenarios:

  • Product no longer available or temporarily out of stock
  • Non-serviceable locations
  • Restriction on the quantity ordered
  • Incomplete or inaccurate address
  • Identified fraudulent scenarios
  • Other business reasons at Rathinamcorp’s discretion

RETURN POLICY

We are committed to ensuring 100% Purchase Protection for shopping done on Rathinamcorp.in by keeping your data secure, supplying genuine products, and offering an easy return policy.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

  • The received product(s) must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • A return request must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.

RETURN REQUEST

A return request can be raised by selecting the correct return reason in the ‘Message Subject’ on the Contact Us page. Please enter the order number and briefly describe the issue you have experienced with the product in the provided space (Message) and send it to us. We will review your request promptly and get back to you.

RETURN ACCEPTANCE

Return of purchased goods is permitted only under the following circumstances:

  • Item is physically damaged
  • Item is defective and cannot be repaired
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Wrong color/size item delivered
  • Wrong quantity
  • Missing parts/accessories

RETURN ATTACHMENTS AND PACKING

Items must be returned with all accessories and original/secure packaging. Careful attention should be given to packing the product to avoid damage during transit. The invoice and all tags/labels should be included inside the return package. Items returned without original packaging/accessories will not be accepted.

RETURN PICKUP

Reverse pickup will be arranged by Rathinamcorp.in, and the courier person will contact you to collect the item. We do not encourage customers to return items on their own without informing Rathinamcorp.in. In such cases, Rathinamcorp.in will refuse the delivery.

Items can only be picked up from the location where they were delivered. If return service is unavailable at your pincode, we will notify you to send the consignment to us through India Post only. Once the product reaches our warehouse, we will reimburse the courier charges.

RETURN PROCEDURE

After receiving the item(s) from the customer, we initiate a replacement within 7 business days. Sending a replacement depends on the availability of the product. If the replacement product is not available, we will refund the entire amount.

In the rare event that the replacement item(s) are defective/damaged or not as described on the product page, a full refund will be provided after we receive the product. Upon receiving the returned items, a Quality Inspection will be performed. If the Quality Inspection fails, the product will be sent back to the customer, and no refund will be provided.

REFUND POLICY

Once your refund has been approved by our team, it will take 7-15 business days to complete the refund process.

For all prepaid orders, the refund amount will be credited to the same account from which the payment was made.

EMI

Please check with your respective bank/issuer on how a cancellation, refund, or pre-closure might affect the EMI terms, and what interest charges may be levied on you for the same.
